William Daniel Fennell

10/25/1919-10/5/2023

William was born in a farmhouse near Charlo, Montana on October 25, 1919.  He then moved to California in 1938. After the attack on Pearl Harbor, he joined the Navy and served for three years.  For those three years, William served on a Landing Craft Infantry Ship in the South Pacific.

After leaving the Military at the end of the war, William returned to Sacramento, California, and raised a family of three children. After his wife passed in 2015, he lived with his daughter until she died in 2022.  After living some time alone, he moved to Patriots Landing in DuPont, WA until he too passed away at the age of 104 years old.

William loved to tell stories about his long life, and he will be dearly missed.
