Thomas C. Mehegan, 80, of Otway, North Carolina, passed away on Saturday, December 9, 2023, at his home.

Thomas was born on April 6, 1943, in Yuba City, California, to the late Francis and Norma Mehegan.

Those remaining to cherish his memory are his son, Richard Mehegan (Jennifer) of Otway; brother, Terry Mehegan (Julie) of University Place, WA; niece, Jill Anderson; former wife, Zina Guthrie; grandchildren, Jason, Kylie, Layla, Maylee, Christopher, Cooper, Landon, and Aden Mehegan, and Adam, Seriah, Boston, and Vavega Stalter.

In addition to his parents, Thomas was preceded in death by his son, Bryce; daughter, Karen; sister, Judy; brother, Richard Harold Mehegan; paternal grandparents, Thomas and Bessie Mehegan; and maternal grandparents, Chester and Frances "Meme" Wallace.
