Rosemarie Gibson, 70, of Tacoma, Washington, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 3, 2023 after a brief and unexpected illness. Rosemarie was born March 27, 1953 in Birkenfeld, Germany.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years Eddie Jr, of Tacoma, Washington, her children, Katrina, James (Stacey), and two grandchildren, Kayla and Madison, of Puyallup, Washington. She is also survived by her aunt Rosi Sibeck and extended family members in Germany and Canada. Rosie is preceded in death by her mother Helga C. MacPherson and father Stanley J. MacPherson. Rosie was a devoted Air Force wife spending over 25 years traveling to  multiple states and multiple foreign countries wherever Eddie was stationed.

Those who met Rosie would always say she was the nicest person. Rosie enjoyed cooking & gardening. She was a super mom to her children and grandmother (Oma) to her grandchildren. She was deeply loved and will be missed.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 14 at 1:30 pm at New Tacoma Cemetery in the Evergreen Chapel.
