Ron Johnson, beloved brother and son, passed away in Seattle on December 31, 2024 at age 71, and is now with his Savior. He was born on October 3, 1953 and grew up in Tacoma and Vancouver, WA. He lived his entire adult life in Seattle, WA.

Ron was an avid traveler, visiting many Seattle area parks, tourist attractions, farmers markets, malls and bookstores, often times with his best friend Greg. With his power wheelchair he never let his cerebral palsy prevent him from going places and meeting people. When he was not traveling, Ron spent his evening time either watching his favorite old TV shows or reading. He read literally hundreds of books, including science fiction and mystery novels, history, science, and reference books. He had an easygoing  and witty personality, making both friends and strangers smile whenever they saw him.

Ron is survived by his sister Debra and his brother Gary.  He was preceded in death by his parents Ford and Edna Johnson. A celebration of life will be held later in February in Seattle. Please sign the guest book.
