Roberto Robles Felizardo passed away on June 17, 2026 in Tacoma, Washington.  He was born on April 30, 1951, in the Municipality of Batangas, Republic of the Philippines, to Carlos and Paz Robles Felizardo.

He graduated from Lakes High School, Class of 1970, earned his Associate degree in Mid-Management from Fort Steilacoom Community College in 1974; and went on to receive his Bachelor of Arts degree from Central Washington State University in 1975.

He married Elizabeth "Annie" Ann in 1990.

Roberto is survived by his loving wife, Annie; his daughter Andrea (Cameron); sons Garrett and Joseph Muttart; and those he loved as his own, Melissa Muttart and Stephanie Haroldsen (Jared).  He is also survived by his cherished grandchildren: Colby, Jeanaci, Gabriel  (Allyssa), Zachary (McKayla), Olivia, Esme, Michael, Leland, and Ethan.

He is further survived by his sisters, Gilda Felizardo (late husband Hank) and Myrna (Don) Osborn; his brother, Cesar (Gwen) Felizardo; sister-laws Luz and Sue Felizardo; He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Carlos and Fermin Felizardo; and his son, Michael Muttart.

Roberto retired from Pierce County Housing as a housing inspector after 37 years of dedicated public service.

His passion was spending time with family and friends and enjoying fishing. In lieu of flowers, please honor Roberto's life by extending kindness and compassion to
