Nancy Jean Gunn

Nancy was born  August 21, 1944 passed away October 08 2023 in her home also known as The Double Gunn Ranch.  Nancy loved horses her entire life, she was a member of The Tacoma Lariettes, Pinto , Paint,  and All-American Quarter Horse Association to name of few. She also competed at their shows in English and Halter classes.  Nancy and her husband Tom established the Double Gunn Ranch in 1968 where they stood their AQHA racing stallion Mr. Son of A Gunn and offered horse boarding.  Nancy was an accountant for several years. In her later years, she enjoyed trips to the ocean, traveling with her cousin Steve, and visiting with her horse friends. Nancy was preceded in death by her husband Tommy Gunn.

At her request, no graveside services will be held, but she will be laid to rest at The New Tacoma Cemetery.  A celebration of life will be held at The Varsity Pizza Banquet room in Eatonville on Saturday, November 11th from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. All are welcome.
