Myron Leroy Thompson passed away at the age of 88.

Born on April 22, 1938, in Olympia, Washington, Myron spent his life in the Pacific Northwest, a region that deeply inspired both his career and his artistic pursuits. He graduated from high school in Olympia and went on to build a distinguished career as the Art Director for the Tacoma News Tribune, where he worked for more than 25 years.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Myron was a talented artist whose sculptures captured the beauty, spirit, and landscapes of the Pacific Northwest. Through his many paintings and creations, he shared his appreciation for the region he loved and left behind a lasting artistic legacy.

He passed away comfortably and surrounded by the people who love him.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Jessie Thompson; his daughter, Noele Miller; his son, Harold Tiffany; and his granddaughters, Laney Tiffany and Georgia Tiffany.

He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
