On Sunday, September 3, 2023, Max Kuloff ended his suffering at the age of 23 in Bonney Lake, Washington.

Max was born in Federal Way, Washington on April 8, 2000, and was a beloved son, brother, and friend.  He leaves behind his mother Anna, Stepfather Tony, and sister Yana. He was preceded in death by his father, Yuri Kuloff.

Max was an Apprentice Electrician.  He was known for his kind, loving, and generous nature. He played soccer as a child with his father, Yuri, as his coach. Max went to Life Christian Academy and later graduated from Puyallup High School.  In high school, he met Francesca Romero.  They dated for 5 years.

Max enjoyed paddle boarding, kayaking, and hiking, especially with Anna.  Max and Anna spent her entire birthday together in July kayaking.  This was a very special day for both of them.
