Mary, or as some of us know her as Mimika, was born 1939 in Psychiko, Greece, to Karlos and Efsevia Eggink. Mary was 1 of 5 siblings; George, Nick, Ted and Kathy.

Mary moved to the United States in 1959, where she later married Robert (Bob) Leonard.

Mary and Bob moved to Federal Way, WA in 1975. They later moved to Glyfada, Greece, in 1978, where they lived for 5 years and then moved back to Federal Way.

Mary and Bob had the privilege of establishing and maintaining many friendships over their years while living in WA. Mary often regarded her friends as members of her family, as her God children and never ended a conversation without telling them "I love you".

Memories and stories of Mary are infinite. We will always know her for wanting her friends to come to the house for a visit, for her tenacity, humor, as 'the cookie lady', 'the cook' and the caregiver. Most of all, we will remember Mary as an amazing mother, grandmother, great-grand mother.
