Mary Lee Merrin

May 2, 1938 – September 30, 2026

Mary Lee Merrin was born in Richmond County, Georgia in the year of our Lord 1938. She is survived by two sons, Ronald D. Merrin of Federal Way, WA, Michael L. Merrin of Index, WA, and daughter, Deborah L. Merrin of Las Vegas, NV. Three grandsons, Six great grandchildren, brothers Forrest Scott of Georgia and Clint Scott of Tennessee. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

She is predeceased by her husband, Richard, of 64 years, parents Willie and Inez Scott of GA, multiple brothers and sisters of Georgia, Virginia, Texas, and Florida.

Mary worked for an Insurance Company for many years and retired in 2000.

She was active in her church until health issues arose. She served on Session, Deacons, taught Sunday School, and worked for many years with the youth of the Church.

She will be greatly missed by her family. Richard and Mary felt their life together was in God’s plan and was a great adventure.
