Margaret (Peggy) Isobel McFadden, age 86, went home to be with her Lord peacefully on July 3, 2025, in Puyallup, Washington.

Peggy was born on November 5, 1938, in Tacoma, WA, the beloved only daughter of Margaret and Garnett Williams.

A compassionate and dedicated drug and alcohol counselor, Peggy served the community for 25 years with Lakeside-Milam, continuing her work until the age of 75.

She was a proud and loving mother of seven, grandmother of fifteen, and great-grandmother of fourteen. Family meant everything to Peggy, and she cherished each and every one of her loved ones deeply.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, William G. Hinkle (1959), and her third husband, John McFadden (2010).

Peggy is survived by her children: Bill (Deborah) Hinkle; Sue (Martin) Esser; Carrie Gago; Rich Chase; Randy Chase; Sean (Alison) McFadden; and Guy (Terri) McFadden.

A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at 11:00 am at New Tacoma Cemetery.
