In the quiet embrace of the ocean's waves, we celebrate the life of Linda Elizabeth Phillips at the age of 72, Passed away on July 11, 2025, in Tacoma, WA. She was born on October 6, 1952, in Merced California.

Linda was a beloved daughter, sister, mother, and a dear friend to many. Linda loved to spend time with family, especially her great-grandchildren, going to the Oregon coast and Ocean Shores on family vacations.

She is preceded in death by her Parents Stanley & Ora Stearns, Sister Janet Anderson & Brother Stanley Stearns, Niece Cynthia Smith & One Fur Grandchild. (Jasmin)

She is survived by her husband Francis (Leroy) Phillips, her children Leroy (Shawn) Phillips, Irene (Victor) Reyes, Timothy (Melody) Phillips and Melissa Phillips; Her sisters Valerie (Glen) Rand, Gloria, Elaine (Chet) Smith, Diana (Robert) Burns and Eight Grandchildren & Five Great Grandchildren.
