Han Jong Lee, 91, of Federal Way, Washington, passed away on December 19, 2025. He was born on December 4, 1934, in Daegu, South Korea.

Mr. Lee proudly served in the Marines of South Korea, later becoming a Korean Marine Commander in Pohang. He went on to work globally as a maritime ship engineer before settling in Washington, where he operated his own shoe repair business in Puyallup.

He loved swimming, scuba diving, hiking, and bodybuilding. He was known for his strength, discipline, and commitment to his family.

Mr. Lee is survived by his children: Jane Arnold (Herrick), Sara Pohwat (Sam), Vicky McMillan (Corey), Brian Lee (Miyeon), and Erica Goos (Matthew). He was preceded in death by his wife, Ok Hi Lee, and by Diana Chung and Sue Chin.

The family extends heartfelt thanks to Tacoma Korean Rock Presbyterian Church & Reverend Jong Keun Seong and to the many friends and community members who supported their parents over the years.
