Cedric Lamont Hill was born in Stuttgart, Arkansas on September 29, 1970, to Clark Kenneth Hill and Barbara Ann Reed. He graduated from Stuttgart High School class of 1988 and shortly thereafter began his career in the United States Army.

Cedric worked in the healthcare field in food service before working for the State of Washington, Department of Social and Health Services where he was a security guard for the past 14 years. Cedric enjoyed watching Dallas Cowboy football, working on his beloved 75 Chevy C10 truck, working on his prize-winning lawn, and spending time with his family.

Cedric is preceded in death by his grandparents Lilian and JD Reed and his first-born son Cedric Lamont Hill Jr.

Cedric is survived by his mother Barbara Reed; father Kenneth Hil; wife Stacey Hill; son Lamont Hill; daughter-in-law Joy Hill; stepdaughter Lasandra Jones; granddaughter Amijanae Jones; stepsons Trevion and Tashon Brown; stepmother Shirley Hill; sister Cynthia Hill; niece Eryn Hill; nephew Ahmad Pinkard; nephew Khalil Hill; sister-in-law Jamie Lloyd; brother-in-law Gurnez Nichols; nephew Vincent Ligon; and niece Kennedy Nichols. He also leaves to cherish a host of cousins in Arkansas and a large group of friends he made along the way.
