Brett M Osaka, age 34, of Milton, Washington, passed away on April 19, 2024. He was born on November 6, 1989, in Tacoma, Washington, to Randall Eugene Osaka and Kay Lumberry White Jacobson (Preston). He leaves behind his parents and one sister Tara Ashley White (Ricky Ledington) Peoria Arizona, His grandmother Ruth A Lumberry, Knoxville Illinois. His Uncle Rich Osaka, Tacoma, Washington, His beloved Uncle Doug Osaka Lake Tapps Washington, His Uncle Neal Detmers (Robin) Galesburg Illinois, His Uncle Kelvin Lumberry (Gerry), Galesburg, Illinois, His Uncle Robert Lumberry, Delong Illinois. His stepsisters Stacie Jacobson Farrington (Frank) Milton Washington, Shannon Jacobson Watt (Patrick) Puyallup Washington, and stepbrother Dallas Jacobson Packwood Washington.

Brett was preceded in death by his grandparents, Dick & Sue Osaka, Milton Washington; his grandfather,  Kenneth Lumberry Delong Illinois, His uncle, Darren Osaka, Milton Washington; and his aunt, Robin Lumberry Detmers.

Brett attended Fife School district in Washington and engaged in Motorcross racing at an incredibly early age, He was a member of the AMA - American Motorcycle Association. Brett was a four-time Amateur National Motorcross champion.

Much of his work life was spent in sales, selling Cars at Jet Chevrolet, Federal Way Washington, and furniture at MOR Furniture in Renton Washington, The job he enjoyed the most was working at Tacoma General Hospital, Tacoma Washington as a concierge, which is where he had been for the last year.

Brett enjoyed Freshwater and Salmon fishing, Trivia, Wordle, old movies, history, and he was very enthusiastic about writing, he loved all the family dogs and his Dad's cat Felix.

Brett had an amazing sense of humor and a knack for telling a relevant story with all the facts, his mischievous smile will be missed by many. Brett never said an unpleasant word about anyone, and he cared deeply about others, he was full of life and an incredibly special person.

A memorial for Brett will be held June 14th at 1PM with a reception immediately following at Chambers Creek Chapel 9212 Chambers Creek Rd W, Tacoma, WA 98467
