Babette (Betty) Crouch passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, December  16 at the age of 93. Born in Nuremberg, she was raised in Alterlanger (Erlangen), Germany.   This is where she met and married Donald in 1957, who was stationed  in Germany for the US Army. She soon emigrated to the US with him. They eventually settled in Lakewood where they built their own home and lived for over 50 years.

Betty enjoyed traveling in their 5th-wheel camper boating, and fishing with Donald. She was active in her church, the Saint John Bosco German Club, AREWS, and the AREWS Bowling League.

Betty joins her mother, Babette, and father, Georg Ruppert in heaven. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Donald; nephew Travis (Becki); their children Angie, and Hatti'lyn; grandchildren Shailynn, Bailee, Damon, Jasper and Journee, and great grandchild Mia.  She will be missed by close friends, Jose Manuel,  JoAnn Dominguez, Gerda Ramsey, the Allen Family, Marion Kudron, Don and Nancy Bitterling and many others.
